The Engineering Graduate Programme gives you the opportunity to join the work from day one, with the freedom to shape your own rotational journey. Over two years you will co‑design your rotations, choosing specialist areas across the country, including Power & Grid, JCA Engineering, the Projects Centre of Excellence, and Consulting and Energy Solutions.
Responsibilities
* Support project delivery by creating and reviewing technical drawings and models.
* Analyse site data and help drive carbon‑reduction and performance‑improvement initiatives.
* Assist with modelling and technical drawings across a range of engineering disciplines.
* Collaborate with teams from engineering, commercial, operations, and consulting to deliver high‑impact projects.
Qualifications and Attributes
* Graduates from any engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, civil, environmental, energy, building services, etc.).
* Tangible technical capability coupled with a strong curiosity and proactive mindset.
* Excellent problem‑solving skills, clear and confident communication, and data‑driven decision making.
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable collaborating with diverse teams and clients.
* Ambition to build a meaningful, long‑term engineering career and contribute to large‑scale, sustainable projects.
