Paxcroft Primary School is seeking to appoint a dynamic and energetic HLTA to join our team. As a member of staff within our Trust, you will contribute to a collaborative working environment and play a key role in supporting the learning and development of all pupils.
In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include giving support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase the achievement of all pupils, including, where appropriate, those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will need to contribute to effective assessment and planning by supporting the monitoring, recording and reporting of pupil performance and progress as appropriate to the level of the role.
