The Role |
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members, with expertise in food quality and standards, leading, engaging, and inspiring your team.
Requirements |
* Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
* Willing to manage the line, plan shifts, and coach the team
* Understanding of food, health and safety standards, financial performance, stock control, and labor costs
* Ability to celebrate success and recognize individual drives and needs
