What the Role Involves
* As a Virtual Sales Manager (also called a Virtual TeleSales Specialist), you’ll guide clients through important financial decisions — all from your home office.
* Meet with clients over virtual calls to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions
* Work exclusively with warm leads — no cold calling, door-knocking, or bothering your friends and family
* Complete our guided training program and get your state life insurance license (if you’re not licensed yet)
* Provide excellent service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction
* Set and achieve personal and team goals
* Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and a client-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a background in insurance. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
* Self-starters who are coachable and goal-driven
* Great communicators who can build rapport quickly
* Comfortable working independently in a 100% remote setup
