We are a high-volume, busy team, where two no days are the same! You will manage the entire recruitment pipeline, ensuring every new hire meets our stringent standards.
Role Responsibilities
* Advertise vacancies, process high volumes of applications, and manage all interview scheduling completions
* Conduct interviews for a variety of security roles
* Carry out Vetting & Screening in accordance to BS7858
* Execute the full onboarding and induction process for all new starters, maintaining impeccable records and databases in line with company procedures.
* Arrange SIA training courses in line with recruitment needs
* Such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required
* Highly Organised and Conscientious.
* Focused, Polite and Approachable.
* Professional and capable of independent decision-making.
* You can professionally interview, confidently communicate on the phone, and coordinate effectively with candidates and managers
* Excellent IT skills are required for database management and reporting
* Full training will be provided
* 28 days holiday (pro rata for part time hours)
