Job Opportunity: Technical Support – Energy & Thermal Systems
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Function: Electrical / Electronic – Technical Support
Duration: Contract (until 31st December 2025, with ongoing requirement)
Are you an experienced engineering support professional with a passion for energy and thermal systems? We’re seeking a Technical Support – Energy & Thermal Systems specialist to join a prestigious automotive team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a mix of technical administration and hands-on validation work. Working within a high-performing Electrical Engineering department, you’ll play a key role in supporting cutting-edge automotive technology.
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage change control and release planning for Energy & Thermal Systems across all platforms.
* Coordinate validation and verification activities, including ECU testing and reporting.
* Organise and support external test events, including vehicle and equipment logistics.
* Provide technical administration and support to engineers, ensuring efficient operations.
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in an automotive engineering support role.
* Comfortable working with technical documentation and test reporting systems.
* Hands-on experience with vehicle testing or preparation is desirable.
* Familiarity with Vector tools is advantageous (training provided).

Qualifications:
