Full time; 40 hours per week
Fancy working for a company where 89% of its people would recommend as a ‘Great Place to Work’, a place that has recently been accredited by an external party as a ‘Great Place to Work’ who also has double figures of boomerang employees every year? Then we want to hear from you!
At NRG Riverside, we are transforming how our systems, processes, and data enable the business -from depots and drivers to the boardroom. With major investments into our digital systems, this is a pivotal moment to help reimagine how our business operates, serves customers, and grows.
We’re seeking a Junior Business Analyst who is eager to grow in a fast-paced transformation environment. You will be instrumental in helping capture operational needs, support systems integration, and ensure that the business voice is translated into actionable processes, workflows, and reporting insights.
If you’re curious, detail-driven, and passionate about problem-solving and continuous improvement, this role will place you at the heart of a strategic journey.
