Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 plus full training, paid travel, company car, holidays, laptop, and phone.

Role Overview
In this role you will manage construction projects, coordinate with stakeholders, handle budgets, ensure safety, and lead a team to deliver safe, efficient basement construction with minimal disruption, emphasizing safety, structural support, and environmental impact control.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage construction projects
* Prepare and manage schedules, budgets, and quality control
* Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure health and safety compliance
* Work fully onsite on construction sites, 8‑6 shift pattern
* Supervise a team, ensuring safe and efficient construction
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
* Experience in groundworks, basements or underpinning
* Background in Geotechnical Engineering preferred
* Willingness to commute across West London (UK driving licence preferred)
