In this role, you will help drive growth by ensuring prospective and existing clients clearly understand where Pricing Monkey adds value, and by supporting them in using the platform effectively in real trading and analysis workflows. You will also help guide sales strategy and the customer journey experience from data insights. This is not a support-only role. You will take full ownership of the customer success pipeline, blending business development, account management, data-driven insights, and close collaboration with product to drive growth and build durable client relationships. In this role, you will: Own customer value and growth Take ownership of trial and early lifecycle customers, driving conversion, healthy usage, and expansion. Ensure clients clearly understand and realise the value Pricing Monkey provides in their derivatives decision-making. Identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand usage within existing accounts. Work directly with top-tier market participants Run product demos and trials for prospective and existing clients, including senior users at banks and hedge funds. Deliver both remote and occasional in-person demos. Act as a trusted, credible point of contact for clients using the platform in real trading contexts. Use data to drive customer success Analyse user behaviour and system signals to identify friction, risks, or missed value. Proactively engage clients based on data, not just inbound requests. Maintain and evolve core dashboards and reports on usage, engagement, and outcomes. Shape the product through real-world feedback Act as a bridge between clients and the product team. Bring structured feedback, patterns, and concrete use cases from live customer workflows. Contribute to a data-led approach across customer success, marketing, and growth. The ideal candidate will have: Prior experience in derivatives with enough depth to hold credible conversations with market professionals. Strong analytical skills and experience working with data (e.g. Python, Excel, or similar) to diagnose problems and support decisions. Clear, structured verbal communication skills, with experience explaining complex topics to clients. Experience supporting users of technical, data-heavy, or financial platforms in a professional setting. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Your typical month will focus on: Demos - 30% Run product demos and trial engagements. Own demo logistics: outreach, scheduling, follow-ups, and notes. Maintain demo materials and trial access. Customer success and account management - 35% Drive trial engagement, conversion, and early retention. Monitor inactive or long-running trials and take appropriate action. Provide high-quality ad hoc support where needed. User insights, monitoring, and communications - 35% Analyse user activity and system signals using Python-based tools. Monitor alerts related to user experience. Maintain core dashboards and reports on usage and engagement. Share product updates and user feedback with customers and the product team.
