Job Opportunity: Registered Supported Living Manager – Gloucester\n\nLocation: Gloucester\n\nSalary: £42,000\n\nWe are looking for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to oversee 4 complex Supported Living services in the Gloucester area. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where you’ll lead teams, manage resources, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAct as Home Manager across 4 supported living services\n\nEnsure care delivery aligns with REACH standards and person-centred approaches\n\nLead on budget management, staffing, and service performance\n\nPromote high standards of care, safety, and independence for all residents\n\nSupport and develop teams across multiple sites to deliver consistent quality\n\nMaintain compliance with regulatory frameworks and internal policies\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nProven experience managing supported living or complex care services\n\nNVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)\n\nHolds a Registered Managers Award\n\nExcellent understanding of LD, Autism, and person-centred care principles\n\nStrong leadership, budget management, and service development skills\n\nConfident in regulatory compliance and delivering service excellence\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\nSalary of £42,000\n\nSenior leadership role across multiple services\n\nOpportunities for development and progression\n\nJoin a values-led organisation making a real difference
