An esteemed law firm in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join their Conveyancing department. The firm is open to a more junior paralegal who would need training or to a candidate who is prepared to manage a caseload and contribute effectively to the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage or support a caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other parties to ensure smooth transaction processes.
* Prepare and manage all documentation related to conveyancing transactions.
* Provide support and updates to clients and stakeholders throughout the conveyancing process.
* Proven experience in managing or supporting a caseload of conveyancing transactions.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Interest in professional development and possible support through SQE progress.
