How will you make an impact? To ensure the physical movement of stock both in and out of the Logistics Department, ensure that this is correctly documented and that computer records match the movement of stock. Organise transport of stock for Retail and Wholesale. Organise and export returns shipments and CS shipments abroad. Follow procedures and Richemont transport directives to ensure products are moved in a secure and compliant way, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met.
Responsibilities
* Key Responsibilities – E-com return management
o Manage E-com returns, quality check products, complete SAP flow correctly.
o Liaise with E-com department in case of discrepancies and 3rd party information.
o Liaise with CS department concerning faulty or damaged products.
o Liaise with Maison regarding clearing of the stock received.
o Pick and pack for onwards shipping depending on Maison decision.
o Prepare export documentation and liaise with carriers to organise shipping.
o Ensure SAP is updated and stock cleared on a weekly basis.
* Inbound process
o Ensure parcels received are opened within an authorised Inbound area within KPI timeframes.
o Operate shutter and physically take in deliveries, following all procedures.
o Quality check, serial number and packaging/document checks.
o Goods received in SAP; inform brand colleagues of goods arrival, quality and packaging status.
o Articles put away in their dedicated area or passed to CS (repairs).
o Liaise with brand colleagues on discrepancies or missing SAP flow to ensure stock is up to date.
* Pick up & delivery
o Assist with pick up and delivery, including shipping kits for client returns via DHL; book shipments online and communicate with brands.
* Outbound Process
o Process transfers and ODNs, pick & pack goods, check serial numbers and quality.
o For repair flows, pack according to flow; if export, create export documentation and save documents.
o Create shipments and book the appropriate carrier per Transport Directive; ensure timely processing per KPI.
* General Logistics
o Liaise with appointed agents to organize transport and obtain necessary audit documents.
o Maintain records relating to articles being shipped to final destination.
o Communicate with brands locally and internationally to ensure smooth product flow.
o Maintain stock with regular stock takes and inventories; resolve issues or discrepancies promptly.
o Adhere to security procedures and Transport Directive; perform other duties as required by Management.
Experience and Qualifications
* Logistics and stock management experience, minimum 2 years
* Flexibility, able to work as part of a team and independently
* Fast learner, able to prioritise
* Open minded regarding projects and changes
* Computer literate; SAP experience a benefit
* Approachable with strong interpersonal skills
* Efficient and organized with good time management
* Customer focused; can-do positive attitude
