Following successful analyst intakes over the past two years, we are seeking four more graduates for Heligan Group's 2026 Graduate Scheme. The Role - What You'll Be Doing
As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will work closely with senior professionals on a wide range of corporate transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Financial Analysis & Valuations - Conducting company valuations, financial modelling, and sector research.
* Transaction Support - Assisting in M&A deals, fundraising, and strategic advisory projects.
* Market Research & Intelligence - Analysing industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
* Client Presentations & Reports - Preparing pitch materials, buyer lists, and acquisition target analyses.
* Deal Origination & Business Development - Identifying new clients and supporting marketing initiatives.
* Professional Training & ICAEW Qualification - Becoming a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with full sponsorship and support from Heligan Group.
Who We’re Looking For
* Degree: 2:1 or above (achieved or predicted)
* Graduated in 2025 or graduating in 2026
* Equivalent of 112 UCAS points.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Excellent research and communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
* Commercial awareness, with an interest in UK business, finance, and investment trends.
* Proactive and collaborative mindset, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Heligan values diverse talent – applicants must have the right to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship available (including graduate visas).
