Marketing Assistant Ideal Profile:
Familiar with core marketing principles and confident in applying them across channels
Comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite to design social media content and graphics
Tech-savvy with a willingness to use AI tools to enhance daily work and speed
Adaptable and thrives under pressure, able to deliver quality work at pace
Naturally collaborative and enjoys brainstorming, team planning, and creative input
Comfortable taking direction and translating it into clear, on-brand output
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:
Support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns from idea to execution
Create visual content for social media using Adobe tools in line with brand guidelines
Monitor and manage social media channels, engaging with audiences professionally
Track job board performance and update internal reports to show campaign results
Assist with daily content scheduling and ensure brand consistency across platforms
Contribute to regular team brainstorms, bringing fresh ideas and energy
