professional services sector to appoint a People Development Manager based in Dundee.
Reporting to the Head of People, this role will lead the delivery of a forward-thinking
learning and development strategy focused on performance, capability building,
engagement, and retention.
Key responsibilities include leading learning and leadership development initiatives,
overseeing onboarding and trainee programmes, supporting talent and succession
planning, enhancing manager capability through coaching, managing learning systems,
and building strong external partnerships.
