As a Crew Member, you'll prepare food, serve at the till, and look after customers in our clean, friendly environment. Key responsibilities include providing friendly, fast, and accurate service, completing tasks per training and company guidelines, following safety and hygiene procedures, and treating customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect.

As a Shift Manager, you will oversee all shift requirements by guiding and coaching staff, ensuring standards are met, monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and resolving issues. You will manage a team of 80+ employees within a multi-million-pound restaurant, contributing to sales growth, profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
This role requires experience in managing and leading teams in retail, hospitality, or customer-focused environments. It involves working varied shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
