As Social Partnership Manager, you will lead and embed the organisation’s approach to social partnership working, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements and best practice. You will play a key role in fostering constructive relationships with trade unions and staff representatives, helping to drive engagement, trust, and shared outcomes across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Lead on the implementation and continual development of a strategic social partnership framework, aligned with Welsh Government Social Partnership legislation. Serve as the key advisor to senior leaders on industrial relations, social partnership duties, and workforce matters. Develop and deliver a proactive engagement strategy with trade unions and internal staff groups. Facilitate regular and effective partnership forums and consultations to support organisational change and decision-making. Provide expertise and leadership on cultural change initiatives and fair work practices. Contribute to national-level guidance and thinking around the delivery of social partnership principles. Act as a trusted liaison between leadership, employees, and representatives to promote a transparent and collaborative working culture. Ensure compliance with social partnership legislation and associated regulatory requirements.The successful candidate will need to have: Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or social partnership leadership roles. Strong knowledge of Welsh social partnership policy and fair work principles. A track record of building and sustaining positive relationships with trade unions and staff representatives. Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills. The ability to navigate complex organisational structures and drive collaborative outcomes.
