You’ll be the face of TaylorMade in your region, delivering exceptional customer experiences and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.**What You’ll Do*** Develop and implement territory-specific strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.* Build strong relationships with golf professionals, pro shops, specialty retailers, and sporting goods stores.* Drive seasonal product sales, focus lines, and distribution targets.* Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs to maximize profitability.* Identify new business opportunities and grow the account base.* Deliver engaging product presentations and support brand visibility through working collaboratively with the experiential team.* Provide accurate, timely reports and maintain a clear understanding of market trends and competitor activity.* Collaborate with Marketing, Credit Control, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure service excellence.**What We’re Looking For*** Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience.* Proven track record in field sales, ideally within golf, sporting goods, or consumer products.* Experience managing a territory and achieving sales targets.* Strong B2B relationship-building skills.* Full UK driving license (essential).* A base location North of the M62 (inside the territory)* Passion for golf and in-depth industry knowledge.* Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.* Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.TaylorMade Golf is a global leader in golf innovation, committed to helping every golfer perform at their best through cutting-edge technology and premium products.
