We are looking for a Sales Director to join our team, and will serve as a key member of the Revenue Team. This role will drive the strategy and execution of all Enterprise sales initiatives across the UK. You will ensure short and long-term revenue expansion, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Direct responsibility for the leadership of the field sales organisation within the Enterprise segment and driving growth from new and existing customers.
* Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute an effective sales strategy to penetrate large enterprise accounts across the UK region.
* Mentor and inspire a high-performing software sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
* Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Foster a high-performance sales culture, emphasising accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.
* Customer Acquisition: Oversee customer acquisition strategies to expand the customer base in the UK.
* Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance revenue streams.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutual success.
* Sales Performance Analysis: Implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve sales performance.
* Utilise data analytics to gain insights into market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
* Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance and achievements.
* Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to identify opportunities for innovation. Lead the organisation in adapting to changing market conditions and customer needs.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product development, marketing, and customer success.
WHAT YOU BRING
* Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience within the UK region in a SaaS based, Identity and Cyber Security company with a successful track record in selling large deals of $1 million plus ARR.
* Established network of professionals in strategic partners and leading enterprise organisations in the region.
* A proven track record and demonstrated success in leading teams selling SaaS/ Cloud enterprise software to large enterprises and global companies.
* Experience in hiring, coaching, and developing a geographically distributed team and managing in a virtual environment.
* Strong track record of successfully implementing revenue strategies and achieving sales targets.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Must have been a part of President's Club/ Winner's Circle/ Achiever's Club/ Platinum Club/ Others in the past.
* Must be willing to travel extensively (50%).
