You possess extensive knowledge in safeguarding, particularly within multi-agency settings like the MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub), and have a commitment to co-production and strengths-based practices. With a strong background in youth justice, you are skilled in reduction strategies for reoffending and improving outcomes for vulnerable adolescents. Additionally, you are adept at maintaining effective partnerships and driving transformational change within complex environments. What the Job Involves The job involves leading and strategically directing the day-to-day delivery of children's services in Havering, including the Early Help Preventative services, the MASH, targeted youth support, and the Youth Justice Service.
