They will always role model high quality, person centred care, and promote the best, creative, and innovative practice. To be successful in the role you will Have previous care experience NVQ level 3 in health and social Care - Ideally Ideally have Team Lead/Supervisory experience Be proactive, engaging and approachable Full training will be provided as well as enrolment onto our Senior Development Programme.
