Qualifications
Essential criteria
1. Experience at Chief Operation Officer or other executive role operating at Executive Board level in a large, complex healthcare environment, preferably with experience of working in both acute and community settings across a multiple site environment.
2. Well-developed strategic vision and direction, with a record of contribution to the development of and delivering long-term strategic plans.
3. Ability to develop and build high performing senior teams.
4. Educated to degree level or with equivalent professional qualifications.
5. A postgraduate qualification in leadership or management related subject and/or significant experience of leadership in a complex health care environment (desirable).
