Job Overview
We are a company in the brewing industry who are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Administrator to join our production team at our site in Old Basford.
In this vital role, you will coordinate daily production activities, ensure smooth communication between departments, and support the overall efficiency of our production facility. Your proactive approach and organisational skills will help keep production running seamlessly, contributing to high-quality output and timely delivery. Responsibilities
* To log product testing results for materials brought in and those manufactured onsite.
* Complete manufacture cards, ensuring that traceability is maintained for all transactions.
* To complete in depth traceability studies when required
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, raw materials, and finished products within the manufacturing management system
* To generate and dispatch all Certificates of Analysis and log all incoming Certificates of Analysis from suppliers
* To create work orders and product labels according to the production plan when required
* To follow up on supplier documentation requests
Skills:
* Attention to detail, this is key to this role and incredibly important to our business to maintain our BRC food grade rating.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
* Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced situations
* Experience of using Sage manufacturing would be great, but not essential
