MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading premium home and lifestyle brand in their search for a Senior National Account Manager.
This is a key role responsible for developing and managing the strategic partnership with John Lewis & Partners, alongside other select retail accounts. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the commercial and strategic agenda for this highly influential retail partner, shaping long-term growth plans, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering best-in-class retail execution in line with the company’s premium brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Take full P&L responsibility for the John Lewis account, driving profitable growth and category expansion.
* Lead the development and execution of a strategic joint business plan with John Lewis, aligning with both brand and customer objectives.
* Build and nurture a deep, collaborative relationship with key John Lewis stakeholders, including buying, merchandising, and marketing teams.
* Secure new listings, exclusive ranges, and seasonal activations that reflect consumer trends and brand innovation.
* Partner with product development teams to create tailored product assortments that resonate with the John Lewis customer.
* Analyse EPOS data and shopper insights to optimise range performance, promotional strategy, and pricing.
* Collaborate with marketing and visual merchandising to deliver premium in-store and digital brand experiences.
* Lead promotional planning and event activation to drive awareness, sell-through, and brand engagement.
* Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing cross-functional decision-making to support account success.
* Champion premium brand execution and uphold the highest standards of retail presentation and partnership excellence.

* Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills with premium retail partners.
* Collaborative operator with strong cross-functional influence across product, supply chain, marketing, and finance.
