Bespoke Kitchens and Interiors – Workshop & Site Team
We are looking for an experienced Solid Surface Fabricator to join our expanding workshop team, specialising in the creation of high-end bespoke kitchens and interiors. The role is centred on working with acrylic solid surfaces such as Corian and HiMacs, with opportunities to apply joinery skills across a range of projects. This is a hands-on position for a detail-driven professional who takes pride in precision, finish, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
* Skilled fabrication, bonding, and polishing of acrylic solid surfaces (Corian, HiMacs, etc.).
* Accurate templating and preparation for bespoke worktops and interior features.
* Seamless installation of solid surface products in kitchens, bathrooms, and interiors.
* Interpret and work from technical drawings to deliver high-quality results.
* Carry out associated joinery tasks, including cabinetry and site fitting where required.
* Operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools effectively for fabrication and finishing.
* Ensure attention to detail and quality control throughout every stage of the process.
* Work collaboratively within the workshop and on-site teams.
Qualifications & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in solid surface fabrication.
* Proven skills in fabrication, bonding, finishing, and polishing.
* Experience in templating and installation of solid surfaces.
* Joinery/cabinetry experience is an advantage.
* CSCS card or industry certifications are desirable.
* Driving licence preferred.
* Strong focus on quality, detail, and problem-solving.
* Physically capable of manual handling and workshop/site work.

Pay: £14.21-£20.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
