Care Team Leader Nights
Salary: £17.20 per hour – plus ferry reimbursement. Full and part‑time hours. Leading care with confidence and compassion.

Your role
* Lead and inspire teams to deliver care that exceeds expectations.
* Oversee medication practices and stock control with absolute precision.

Qualifications
* Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in dementia, mental health, and elderly care.
* Proven ability to lead teams with confidence and inspire high performance.
* Knowledge of care legislation, compliance, and audit processes.
* Expertise in creating and maintaining truly person‑centred care plans.
* Exceptional communication skills and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
