THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional responses.
2. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to pallet distribution services.
3. Provide accurate information about our pallet products and distribution services.
4. Process collections and returns.
5. Maintain and update customer records and account information.
6. Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any distribution issues.
7. Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications: A Level 4 in English & Math desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, preferably in Logistics or Distribution, with proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills, ability to build good working relationships, engage with diverse audiences, multitask, and work under pressure.
