We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nail care and aesthetics, delivering exceptional service to clients in a welcoming environment. Duties
* Perform a variety of nail treatments, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art
* Provide personalised consultations to recommend suitable nail services and colour choices
* Maintain cleanliness and sterilisation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations
* Ensure clients are comfortable and satisfied throughout their appointment
* Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products
* Promote retail products to enhance client experience and business growth
* Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times and maximise client satisfaction
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role within a beauty salon or spa environment
* Proficiency in makeup application is desirable but not essential
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
* Excellent communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional advice
* Ability to work well within a team whilst maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanour
* Organised with attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and quality service
* Certification or qualification in nail technology recognised by relevant industry bodies is preferred
