Disability Adviser (Grade 6) – University of St Andrews
Are you passionate about inclusion and student success?
We’re looking for a Disability Adviser to join Student Services, supporting students with disabilities to reach their potential at university.
Key tasks include:
* Assess student needs and coordinate tailored support
* Advise staff on inclusive practice and reasonable adjustments
* Support DSA applications and deliver training
* Work as part of a collaborative, student‑centred team
You’ll bring:
* Experience of supporting disabled students in higher education
* Knowledge of disability legislation and inclusive practice
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
