💷 Salary: £32,000 – £45,009 per annum (depending on experience)
🕘 Hours: 9.00am – 4.00pm, Monday to Friday (plus reasonable additional hours as required)
📄 Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and reflective Qualified Teacher (QTS) to join our KS1–3 Planet Pathway team. This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives on making learning meaningful, inspiring confidence, and supporting every pupil to reach their potential.
As part of our dedicated teaching team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape engaging curriculum experiences, lead a small class team, and contribute to our whole-school ethos of inclusion and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver high-quality teaching and learning that meets individual pupil needs.
•Lead your class team effectively, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
•Plan, assess, and adapt lessons using creative, evidence-based approaches.
•Promote literacy, numeracy, and functional life skills across subjects.
•Support the wellbeing and progress of pupils through positive relationships and effective behaviour management.
•Contribute to school development initiatives and share best practice across teams.
About You
We are looking for a teacher who is:
•A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in KS1–3 and/or SEN settings.
•Passionate about inclusive education and creative curriculum design.
•Confident in using assessment to inform teaching and accelerate progress.
•A strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
•Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
