Are you passionate about empowering local groups and driving positive change in the community? Manningham Council is seeking a proactive Community Grants Team Lead to coordinate and deliver our Community Grants Program.

About the role
In this role, you will lead the delivery and administration of Manningham's Community Grants Program, ensuring compliance, timely processing, and continuous improvement. You will provide expert guidance to stakeholders, manage systems and financial processes, and prepare reports to support informed decision-making. Building strong relationships with community groups and internal teams, you'll also deliver initiatives that strengthen local organisations capacity to access and manage grants. This position includes supervising staff and driving program efficiency to achieve positive community outcomes.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end grant programs, including compliance and governance.
* Ability to build strong relationships with community organisations, not-for-profits, and internal teams.
* Skilled in mentoring and supervising staff to achieve program objectives.
* Experience designing and delivering training for community groups and Council officers.
* Strong budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping skills to ensure transparent program delivery.
* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and promotional content.
