We build employee benefits websites for many of the UK’s leading blue‑chip employers and provide their staff with savings worth millions of pounds on shopping and services. Our websites handle 250 million of retail spend every year and were the number 1 customer for many of the UK’s top retailers. We dominate our market with over 650 clients including IBM, American Express, Aviva, BSkyB, AXA, Diageo, Yahoo! and McDonald’s.

Job Summary

The role of a Sales Executive is a professional sales career that requires an individual who can easily develop new relationships with clients and keep up with a fast‑paced, dynamic work life. You will be driven and self‑motivating, excited by the potential of a market‑leading product and uncapped commission.


Responsibilities

* Develop new relationships with clients.
* Maintain a fast‑paced and dynamic working life.
* Leverage the structured training programme to understand our product USPs and market.
* Track KPIs daily and work with coaching and mentoring to perform at your best.


Qualifications & Key Skills

* Money‑motivated, driven and eager to succeed.
* Confident and outgoing nature essential for building relationships.
* Degree educated candidate desirable but not essential.
* Business Development, Customer Service, Revenue Growth, Cloud, Account Management, CRM, New Customers, ROI, Sales Activities, Territory, Business Relationships, Sales Floor, Sales Goals, Sales Process, New Clients.


Rewards & Compensation

* Industry‑leading basic salaries.
* 1st year OTE £60k, 2nd year OTE £100k – uncapped commission.
* Monthly, quarterly and yearly incentives.

* Monthly Salary: £20,000 – £25,000.
* Employment Type: Full Time.
