Our busy Manufacturing client in the Cookstown area are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to lead all HR activity at a standalone site of around 90 employees. This role is responsible for day-to-day HR operations, delivering people-focused initiatives, and providing practical, customer-focused support to managers and team members in line with policies and employment law. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary HR partner for managers and supervisors, providing guidance across all HR matters. Support performance management, goal-setting, and capability reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Lead engagement, culture, inclusion, and change initiatives. Maintain and update HR policies and ensure consistent application. Oversee absence management and coordinate occupational health. Handle disciplinary and grievance matters professionally. Administer weekly and salaried payroll. Coordinate training and development activities. Prepare required HR reports. Qualifications & Experience HR degree advantageous. CIPD membership or equivalent. Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation. Ability to manage a busy HR workload and work collaboratively across multiple sites.
