Salary: £100 - £130 per day
Temp to Perm Position
Simply Education are seeking a committed and experienced HLTA or Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join a reputable provision in the High Peak Area. This is a Temp to Perm role, offering the opportunity to work with students with special educational needs (SEN) in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The role will involve providing dedicated support to students, helping them achieve their full potential through tailored learning and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering lessons to students with SEN.
Provide tailored support in both small group and 1:1 settings to meet the individual needs of students.
Assist in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers on individual achievements and areas for improvement.
Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing classroom behaviour.
Work closely with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to support the development of each student.
Assist in creating and delivering personalised learning plans and strategies to promote academic growth and well-being.
Essential Criteria:
HLTA or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Ability to work effectively in a classroom setting, both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proactive, flexible approach to working with a range of students with different needs.
A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their best.
