They work with several blue-chip clients and main/sub-contractors along with various government agencies, and housing associations nationally. Responsibilities of an Estimator Produce detailed quotations, raise purchase orders, manage project budgets and approve supplier invoices. Develop cost estimates for M&E projects, covering labour, materials, plant, and subcontractor costs Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for M&E/Fabric projects. Develop comprehensive and accurate estimations & presentations. Multitasking several tenders. Requirements for an Estimator Experience Estimator. Relevant construction related degree or qualification. Experience on projects from £100K - £2.5m. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Mechanical and Electrical systems. Maintain current knowledge of industry pricing, regulations, and best practices Benefits for an Estimator Negotiable Base Salary (dependent on experience) up to £70k Exciting projects.
