Key Responsibilities:
As Meetings and Events Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client experiences by:
* Proactively selling conferences, weddings, meetings and Events spaces
* Building strong relationships with corporate and agency clients
* Managing enquiries, preparing proposals and negotiating contracts
* Conducting show-rounds and converting opportunities into confirmed bookings
* Coordinating logistics with operational teams to ensure seamless delivery
* Managing sales forecasts, budgets and CRM reporting accurately
* Supporting the wider sales strategy alongside the Director of Sales
* Attending sales meetings and providing pipeline and performance updates
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a confident and proactive individual who has:
* At least 2 years’ experience within events sales or hotel sales in a luxury venue
* Strong negotiation and networking skills
* A self-motivated and results-driven approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Experience managing client expectations from enquiry through to delivery
* Wedding sales experience would be advantageous
* A professional and personable attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
