We are currently looking for Plumber / Multi Trade in Romford Area working for a well-established Housing association. This is a long term contract working on the responsive team.
As the Plumber / Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
* Building external ramps and fencing
* Door widening
* Carpentry
* Stud walls
* Plumbing
* Wet room fitting
The successful Plumber / Multi Trade will:
* To be able to commute to sites
* Have a full UK Driving Licence
* Have there own van
* Have there own tools
* Have a NVQ Level 2 in carpentry and plumbing
* Basic IT skills
* Minimum of blue CSCS card
In return the Plumber / Multi Trade will receive:
* £200 / £250 per day dependant on skill set
