We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Reading.
The core focus of this role is staff coordination and HR support. Responsibilities include:
* Planning and distributing weekly carer rotas
* Maintaining accurate paper and digital records
* Managing the initial recruitment process (reviewing CVs and conducting telephone interviews)
* Handling essential office tasks and participating in the on-call rota
The ideal candidate is a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and capable of upholding established systems.
