Our client, a leading manufacturer is seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting both its workforce and operational compliance processes. Youll work closely with managers and employees to ensure a smooth experience across the employee lifecycle, assist with training and development efforts, and maintain accurate and compliant records. Youll also help ensure the workplace environment remains positive, safe, and well-organised.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Managing new starter processes, contract updates, and employee departures
Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data confidentiality
Supporting internal recruitment campaigns, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication
Scheduling employee training and tracking completion rates to ensure compliance
Providing general advice to employees and supervisors on internal policies and procedures
Organising employee wellbeing initiatives, including absence tracking and referral support
Coordinating uniform orders, benefits administration, and staff communications
Assisting with formal meetings and internal investigations by preparing documents and note-taking
Supporting internal audits, compliance checks, and internal reporting
Collaborating across departments to support internal projects and ensure efficient operations
About You:
You have previous experience in an HR
You're detail-oriented, highly organised, and can handle sensitive information with discretion
You enjoy working independently and are comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Your communication skills are clear, professional, and people-focused
Youre IT-savvy, particularly with spreadsheets and cloud-based systems
It Would Be Great If You Also Have:
Knowledge of HRIS or HR software
Experience supporting employee relations or compliance processes
A general awareness of employment practices or workplace regulations
