**Receptionist**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly organised and professional **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and callers. This is a key role within the business, providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting wider administrative functions to ensure the smooth running of the office.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner and direct them appropriately.
* Answer, screen, and forward calls promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain a tidy, presentable reception area and ensure supplies are stocked.
* Manage incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier requests.
* Oversee visitor logs, issue passes, and handle meeting room bookings.
* Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
* Order office supplies, stationery, diaries, and planners.
* Monitor and restock breakout areas with tea, coffee, and refreshments.
* Support events management, logistics, and meeting preparations.
* Handle the **Info@** mailbox and respond/redirect emails efficiently.
* Manage corporate work wear (ordering, distribution, and laundering).
* Take responsibility for stock on the mezzanine floor, ensuring it is secured.
* Make refreshments for customers and visitors as required.

**Skills & Experience**
* Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer service (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality service.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Confident under pressure, proactive, and able to use initiative.
