Registered Manager Brand-New 3-Bed EBD Home (Kingstanding) Location: Kingstanding, Birmingham

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Register with Ofsted and lead the successful launch of the home
Recruit and develop a dedicated staff team committed to therapeutic care
Embed strong safeguarding practice and deliver against the Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Ensure the highest standards of care, compliance, and consistency
Drive a child-focused culture that supports emotional recovery, independence and positive outcomes
Lead by example from policy to play, you set the tone
Maintain strong working relationships with Ofsted, the local authority, families and other professionals
What Were Looking For:
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare essential, no exceptions
? Previous experience as a Registered Manager or strong Deputy in an EBD setting
? Proven ability to open or turn around a home (or ready to take that step!)
? Strong leadership and people skills you know how to inspire and retain good people
? In-depth knowledge of Ofsted expectations, safeguarding and therapeutic practice
? Resilient, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely passionate about changing childrens lives
