Personal Tax Compliance Manager

£45,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Responsibilities
* Leading a team of Tax Seniors and Trainees, providing support and guidance.
* Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact.
* Reviewing self‑assessment and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
* Overseeing and managing the tax return process for all Personal Tax clients.
* Ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently.
* Handling compliance work for complex clients within the portfolio.
* Dealing with HMRC enquiries and compliance checks.
* Supporting planning projects and researching technical issues.
* Managing the tax billing process, including monthly WIP management.
Qualifications
* Ideally CTA Qualified, although ATT Qualified or QBE will be considered equally.
* Strong Personal Tax experience within a practice environment is essential.
