About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Artworker based in Newmarket, Suffolk, to join our in-house studio team on-site, five days a week. This role is ideal for an experienced graphic designer or creative artworker passionate about design and eager to contribute to our growing greeting card business.
The position involves editing and preparing artwork for print, including greetings cards, stationery, and gift wrap. Responsibilities include adapting, reformatting, and recoloring existing imagery, as well as generating new design concepts to bring artwork to life.
Candidate Profile
* Self-motivated with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
* Experience in supporting the launch of new product ranges
* Excellent lettering and typographical skills
* Ability to prepare print-ready files
* Experience in designing for digital platforms and creating promotional materials
Qualifications
Relevant design qualification and proven industry experience preferred, but enthusiasm and ability to learn are equally valued. Flexibility and adaptability to a growing business are essential.
