About the Role: You will plan and deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons, support learners of varying abilities, and create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities: High-Quality Teaching: Deliver engaging lessons across ICT and Computer Science following the school curriculum. Classroom Management: Create a positive, structured, and safe learning environment. Assessment & Feedback: Track student progress and provide constructive feedback. Curriculum Contribution: Support the development and improvement of ICT/Computer Science resources. Collaborative Working: Work effectively with colleagues, parents, and external partners. To succeed as a Teacher of Computer Science / ICT, you will need: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and confidence teaching ICT and Computer Science. Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills. A passion for supporting young people’s progress and digital skill development. An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
