A structured working pattern of 07:30 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday and 07:30 to 12:30 Friday
Enhanced overtime rates at 1.33 Monday to Thursday and 1.5 on Fridays after 12:30 and Saturdays
As a Quality Inspector, your responsibilities will include:
Completing First Offs, In Process, Goods In and Final Inspections against customer drawings and specifications
Producing accurate First Article Inspection Reports using Net Inspect
Inspecting and verifying outgoing components, ensuring documentation accuracy
Working with Engineering and Production teams to investigate and resolve quality concerns
Maintaining inspection records and supporting continuous improvement
Managing gauge calibration, ordering and record upkeep
As a Quality Inspector, your experience will include:
A background within the Aerospace industry
Knowledge of surface finishes including paint and anodising
Confident use of CMMs, micrometers, vernier callipers and related metrology equipment
Ability to interpret engineering drawings with strong mathematical capability
Experience working to AS9100D standards
Competence with Microsoft software and willingness to learn SolidWorks
