What you’ll do:
* Lead major grocery accounts in the UK
* Deliver joint business plans to hit sales, profit, and distribution targets
* Drive NPD, promotions, and range reviews with buyers and category teams
* Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture
Who we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a National Account Manager in grocery/retail with P&L ownership
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and category insight skills
* Someone motivated to shape the future of a high-growth challenger brand
* P&L experience combined with strong business development success
* Must have top 4 grocery exposure

Package: Up to £65k/£70k base + bonus + car allowance + personal allowance
