Company Secretarial Assistant We are partnering with a leading professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Secretarial Associate to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver professional corporate secretarial services to a varied client portfolio while developing your governance and compliance expertise. Key Responsibilities: Support the provision of corporate secretarial services across client portfolios, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Draft board, committee and shareholder meeting minutes and resolutions, incorporating feedback from the team and clients Attend client board and general meetings, prepare board packs, convening notices and maintain statutory books and records Coordinate document execution, filings with the Registrar of Companies and adhere to deadlines Maintain accurate time recording and support the team in delivering additional services as required Key Skills and Experience: In progress with a relevant professional qualification (eg, Chartered Governance Institute) 2 years' relevant corporate secretarial experience Understanding of company law, corporate governance and regulatory requirements Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple client portfolios Please apply asap to avoid missing out!
