The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Rental Business Support Coordinator to join our Rental team based at our Welshpool office in Perth. The Rental Business Coordinator is responsible for supporting the full administrative function of the rental machine fleet within Australia, New Zealand & New Caledonia.

The preferred candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the earthmoving or heavy machinery industry, coupled with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.


Responsibilities

* Coordinate all aspects of rental administration for the rental machine fleet
* Communication with Rental Supervisor for Parts, Service and Technical Support regarding maintenance and service machine activity
* Processing incoming rental units as well as preparing quotes and rental agreements
* Management of all machine attachment activities including identification, inspections, storage and transport
* Creating and issuing PO's to regional service departments and external suppliers
* Coordinate the quality/pre-delivery checks on assets as required prior to release
* Manage PPSR registration for each Rental Machine and ensure all documentation & insurances have been received & signed prior to machine release
* Identifying risks related to Rental Equipment and assist with internal audits


Qualifications

* Experience in a similar coordinator role within earthmoving/capital equipment industry
* Technical and mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment
* Highly developed communication and relationship management skills
* Strong organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines
* Expertise in Microsoft suite
