As part of our continued growth, we are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our close-knit team at Park School, located in Chipping Norton.
This is a key teaching and leadership role where you’ll not only deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons but also help shape the future of our curriculum. Deliver a broad, balanced, and differentiated English curriculum in line with the school’s aims and policies.
Provide strategic leadership for the English subject area, ensuring its effective development and continuous improvement.
Share best practice and support the professional development of colleagues to enhance teaching quality across the school.
Monitor and support students’ academic progress and personal development within the subject area.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching English.
Park School is an independent specialist day school for boys and girls aged from 7 to 18, catering for pupils with a wide range of social, emotional and mental health needs. Our dedicated team work together to ensure successful outcomes for pupils who often arrive at the school with a troubled view of education and life.
