Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement scalable, efficient data architectures aligned with business and application requirements
* Define data models, schemas, storage solutions, and integration frameworks
* Collaborate with engineering, product, and analytics teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and accessibility
* Translate business requirements into logical and physical data models
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data structures, pipelines, and processes
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related performance and quality issues
* Support and guide team members on best practices in data architecture and engineering
* Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to strategic decision-making
Required Skills & Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related field
* Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation
* Advanced knowledge of SQL for data querying and transformation
* Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., relational, dimensional models)
* Experience with data storage technologies (e.g., data warehouses, lakes, cloud platforms)
* Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes
* Understanding of AI & Data Processes and data-driven system design
Preferred Skills
* Exposure to AI & Data Strategy and modern data platforms
* Knowledge of data governance, security, and access frameworks
* Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP)
* Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Databricks)
* Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills
* Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proactive approach to identifying and improving data processes
